Lekki Free Zone Development Company FZC (LFZDC ) is the Joint Venture incorporated and established in Lagos, Nigeria in May 2006 among China-Africa Lekki Investment Ltd (CALI, previously named as CCECC-Beyond International Investment & Development Co., Ltd.) as the majority shareholder ( 60%) and two Nigerian partners, i.e., the Lagos State Government (20% by way of land contribution) and Lekki Worldwide Investment Ltd. (20%) .
LFZDC is the sole legally competent entity authorized by both the Nigerian Federal Government and the Lagos State Government for the exclusive purpose of developing, operating and managing the
Lekki Free Trade Zone project in Lagos, Nigeria.
With its fully established organizational structure, LFZDC is now embarking on the Phase I Development of Lekki Free Trade Zone covering 11.96 Square Kms.
